Host a private charm-making party at Moonstruck Studio. It’s a relaxed, creative way to celebrate birthdays, team hangs, or a night out with friends. You’ll have the studio to yourselves, with guidance and all tools provided.

What It Costs (Jewelry Pricing)

All jewelry is purchased separately during your event. Average ranges:


  • Bracelets: typically $20–$45 depending on chain and charms

  • Necklaces: typically $35–$75 depending on chain and charms

  • Keychains / Bag Charms: typically $15–$35

Budget tip: Most groups spend $25–$55 per guest on average. You control the total by choosing chains and how many charms you add.

How It Works


  1. Design: Choose your chain - necklace, bracelet, keychain, etc.

  2. Select Charms: Pick symbols, crystals, initials, and accents.

  3. Assemble: Grab a seat to assemble your unique piece!.

  4. Checkout: Guests pay individually or one tab, your choice.

What’s Included


  • Private use of the studio for 2 hours (set up + clean up handled by me)

  • Personal guidance at the Charm Bar for each guest

  • All tools and supplies

  • Music playlist + simple table styling

  • Option to add on light snacks/non-alcoholic drinks

  • Photo Assist: I’ll snap group photos on your phone so everyone’s in the shot

Policies & House Rules


  • Age & Supervision: Parties are not recommended for under 12. Young guests must be well-supervised by their adults at all times around small parts and tools.

  • Food and Drinks: The studio can provide food and drinks upon request. Outside food and drink (birthday cake, etc.) may be allowed if pre-approved.

  • Arrival: Doors open 10 minutes before your start time. Early access isn’t guaranteed.

  • Capacity & Space Care: Please respect posted capacity and be mindful of displays and tools. You’re responsible for damage caused by your group.

  • Time: Your reservation is for 2 hours. Additional time may be available if the schedule allows (added fee applies).

  • Payments: Reservation fee due at booking. Guests pay for jewelry at checkout (card or tap preferred).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A $100 reservation fee is required at the time of booking to hold your date. Your booking is confirmed once payment and date confirmation are received.


  • Cancel at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancel 1 week in advance for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

You may reschedule once at no additional charge if your new date is available and it is more than two weeks out from your initially chosen date.

Please note: Weather or illness cancellations follow the same refund terms unless otherwise approved.

Safety & Conduct


  • Small parts present a choking hazard. Use tools only as designed and with guidance.

  • If anyone feels unwell, please postpone your visit.

  • Please be mindful of displays and materials, and treat the space with care.
